研究目的：

儿童应用方面，国外（美国）虽然大部分儿童临床中心已不同程度开展了机器人手术，受病例数量的影响目前多数尚处于经验积累阶段。国内小儿泌尿外科除香港有小宗病例报道外，仅我科进行了初步的尝试与报道。因此，本研究旨在通过建立填补这一空白，探索应用达芬奇机器人系统进行小儿泌尿外科相关疾病的手术重建，藉此建立相关的适应证、操作规范与标准流程，从而进一步提高我国小儿泌尿外科微创手术的技术水平及治疗效果。
