研究目的：

1. 比较饮用柠檬水和清水的急性心力衰竭患者，达到饮水限制目标的达标率。 2. 比较饮用柠檬水和清水的急性心力衰竭患者的口渴程度。 3. 比较饮用柠檬水和清水的急性心力衰竭患者心脏功能改善的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the effect of drinking lemonade and water on achieving water restriction goals in people with acute heart failure. 2. To compare thirst in people with acute heart failure who drank lemon water and water. 3. To compare the difference in cardiac function between people with acute heart failure who drink lemon water and water.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者言语和听力障碍，无法接受评估；
2. 无法经口进食者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with speech and hearing impairments that prevent them from being evaluated;
2. people who are unable to feed themselves through the mouth.
