Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of our study is to determine the long-term quality of life and functional status of PICU patients after discharge.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 从其他ICU转来的病人或转到其他ICU的病人；
2. 无法完成长期随访的病人（如父母或监护人有语言障碍）；
3. 监护人或父母不愿意参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients transfer from other ICUs or transfer to other ICUs;
2. Patients unable to complete long-term follow-up(e.g., parents or guardians with language disability);
3. Guardians or parents not willing to participate in the study.
