本研究旨在探讨基于网络的接纳与承诺疗法干预对护士焦虑、抑郁症状的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate the effect of a web-based acceptance and commitment therapy intervention on nurses' anxiety and depression symptoms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.招募期间因病假、产假、休假等未在岗以及进修、实习的护士；
2.PHQ-9量表的自杀意念条目得分≥2分；
3.患重大躯体疾病或有经医生诊断的严重精神类疾病，如双相情感障碍等；
4.先前学习过正念或ACT相关课程。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses who are not on duty during the recruitment period due to sick leave, maternity leave, vacation, etc., as well as those who are in advanced study and practice;
2. The score of suicide ideation item in the PHQ-9 scale is ≥ 2 points;
3. Suffer from major physical diseases or serious mental diseases diagnosed by doctors, such as bipolar disorder;
4. Have previously studied mindfulness or ACT related courses.
