研究目的：

我们将开展一项随机对照试验，通过比较穴位埋线和假穴位埋线治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的疗效差异，探索穴位埋线治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

We will conduct a well-designed RCT to discuss the efficacy and safety of ACE by comparing with sham control in the treatment of CNLBP.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴有膀胱、肠道和性功能障碍的马尾综合征；
2. 伴有脊柱肿瘤、骨折、感染、腰椎皮肤病或止血障碍；
3. 伴有心血管病、肾病、肝病等其他严重疾病；
4. 患有糖尿病或其他导致皮肤、皮下组织吸收、修复功能障碍的疾病；
5. 患有认知障碍、精神分裂症、重度抑郁症等严重精神疾病，不能配合研究开展；
6. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
7. 害怕针灸，以往有严重针灸不良反应史；
8. 在过去3个月内参加其他与LBP治疗相关的研究；
9. 不能按规定参加治疗和观察。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cauda equina syndrome with bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction;
2. Accompanied by spinal tumor, fracture, infection, lumbar skin disease or hemostasis disorder;
3. Accompanied by other serious diseases such as cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease;
4. Suffering from diabetes or other diseases that cause absorption and repair dysfunction of the skin and subcutaneous tissue;
5. Suffering from severe mental illnesses such as cognitive impairment, schizophrenia, and severe depression, and unable to cooperate with research;
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. Fear of acupuncture and moxibustion, with a history of serious adverse reactions to acupuncture and moxibustion in the past;
8. Participated in other studies related to LBP treatment in the past 3 months;
9. Unable to participate in treatment and observation as required.
