研究目的：

本研究通过应用磁共振成像技术，探索双相障碍患者的大脑结构和功能改变，研究双相障碍的脑影像学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, magnetic resonance imaging was applied to explore the brain structure and function changes in patients with bipolar disorder, and to investigate the brain imaging mechanism of bipolar disorder.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并轴 I、轴 II 其他任何精神障碍者；
2.曾经行电休克治疗者；
3.有脑器质性疾病史或颅脑外伤史以及躯体疾病；
4.酒精、药物或者其他精神活性物质依赖者；
5.妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
6.经磁共振检查发现脑结构异常；
7.有磁共振检查禁忌者；
8.有幽闭恐惧症等不能完成磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with axis I, Axis II and any other mental disorders;
2. Patients who have received electroconvulsive therapy;
3. History of organic brain disease or craniocerebral trauma and physical diseases;
4. Patients dependent on alcohol, drugs or other psychoactive substances;
5. Pregnant and lactating patients;
6. MRI showed abnormal brain structure;
7. Patients with magnetic resonance imaging contraindications;
8. Claustrophobic and unable to complete MRI.
