评估经内镜粘膜下隧道分片切除起源于食管固有肌层的巨大平滑肌瘤的远期临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the long-term clinical outcomes of piecemeal submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection (P-STER) for giant leiomyoma originating from the muscularis propria (MP) layer of esophagus.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 不能耐受麻醉；
2. 凝血功能异常；
3. 孕妇；
4. 拒绝接受该手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to tolerate anesthesia;
2. Abnormal blood coagulation function;
3. Pregnant women;
4. Refusal to accept P-STER.
