研究目的：

1.探究线上正念课程对于治疗中的情绪障碍患者的辅助作用； 2.探索线上正念课程可能的起效机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the auxiliary role of online mindfulness courses in the treatment of patients with emotional disorders; 2. Explore possible mechanisms by which online mindfulness courses.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法获得网络；
2.中文能力不足；
3.之前参加过长于6周基于正念的项目，和/或当前冥想练习频率多于一周一次；
4.有精神分裂症或精神病性情感障碍、当前的器质性精神障碍、物质滥用障碍和广泛性发育障碍；
5.有自残自杀风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lack of access to the Internet;
2. Lack of Chinese ability;
3. Previous participation in a mindfulness-based program longer than 6 weeks and/or current meditation practice more than once a week;
4. Schizophrenia or psychotic affective disorder, current organic mental disorder, substance abuse disorder, and pervasive developmental disorder;
5. Risk of self-harm and suicide.
