研究目的：

1. 主要研究目的：甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑和七氟烷对髋关节置换术老年患者术后谵妄发生率的影响。 2. 次要和探索性研究目的：术后第1、4天的认知功能、疼痛评分、恶心呕吐发生率；停药后苏醒时间、术中血管活性药物使用量等。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: The effect of remimazolam tosylate vs sevoflurane on incidence of postoperative delirium in older patients undergoing hip arthroplasty 2. Secondary and exploratory objectives: Cognitive function, pain score, incidence of nausea and vomiting on postoperative day 1 and 4; time of recovery after drug withdrawal, amount of vasoactive drugs used during operation, etc

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前无良好认知功能（MMSE评分≤23）和语言技能或有神经、精神、癫痫疾病史的患者；
2. 严重的心脑血管疾病、未经控制的糖尿病、肝肾功能障碍的患者；
3. 对研究药物过敏的患者；
4. 已接受镇痛药物治疗或有治疗史的患者；
5. 术后拒绝接受PCIA泵治疗的患者；
6. 参加其他临床试验的患者；
7. 术后随访困难或依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients without good cognitive function（MMSE score 23 or less） and language skills or with a history of neurological, psychiatric or epileptic diseases before surgery;
2. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, and liver and kidney dysfunction;
3. Patients allergic to study drugs;
4. Patients who have received analgesic drugs or have a history of treatment;
5. Patients who refused to receive PCIA pump treatment after surgery;
6. Patients participating in other clinical trials;
7. Patients with difficult postoperative follow-up or poor compliance.
