研究目的：

探索几种常见精神疾病的脑部血红蛋白浓度变化，构建抑郁、双相及精神分裂症辅助诊断模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes of brain hemoglobin concentration in several common mental diseases and construct auxiliary diagnostic models for depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重躯体疾病或脑器质性疾病：例如甲状腺功能异常、脑出血、高血压病及糖尿病等；
2.听力及视力障碍；
3.有药物、酒精或其它物质滥用者；
4.不能配合fNIRS检查、量表评估及认知任务测验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from serious physical diseases or organic brain diseases, such as abnormal thyroid function, cerebral hemorrhage, hypertension and diabetes;
2. Hearing and visual impairment;
3. Drug, alcohol or other substance abusers;
4. Patients who cannot cooperate with fNIRS examination, scale assessment and cognitive task test.
