研究目的：

本研究采用代谢组学方法，与CT脑血管造影结果进行比对，筛选出可以评估侧支循环开放情况的代谢物组合，从而达到无创评估侧支循环开放情况的目的。

Objectives of Study：

To identify plasma markers as predictive markers for cerebral secondary collateral circulation after acute ischemic stroke based on metabolomics approach.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者有脑出血
心衰
慢性肝病
慢性肾病
糖尿病血糖控制不佳
NISS评分小于5分或大于20分

Exclusion criteria：

1. intracranial hemorrhage displaying by CT or MRI;
2. cardiac insufficiency;
3. chronic liver disease;
4. chronic kidney disease;
5. poorly controlled diabetes;
6. NISS score is less than 5 or more than 20.
