研究目的：

老年人在完成2周VR姿势控制训练后，利用表面肌电、fNIRS的结果以及量表得分的变化进行评价，并与对照自的老年人进行对比。同时我们也对健康人进行相关评估，与老年人进行对比，探究老龄化造成的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

After completing 2 weeks of VR balance training, the elderly were evaluated by using surface electromyography, fNIRS and relevant scale, compared with the elderly who participate in control group. At the same time, we also carried out relevant assessments on healthy people, compared with the elderly, and explored the differences caused by aging.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在有神经性病变、脑组织损伤、前庭、视觉或本体感受障碍病史；
2.患有恶性进行性高血压、严重的内脏系统疾病、恶性肿瘤等；
3.既往有脑器质性疾病、精神障碍、癫痫病史；
4.患者合并有认知及交流障碍而无法配合；
5.测试前1周摄?影响平衡功能的药物；
6.并发严重影响下肢感觉、运动的疾病，如风湿性关节炎、腰椎间盘突出症、下肢外伤、皮肤严重破损、骨折和周围神经病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of neuropathy, brain tissue injury, vestibular, visual or proprioceptive disorders;
2. Have malignant progressive hypertension, serious visceral system disease, malignant tumor, etc;
3. Previous history of brain organic disease, mental disorder and epilepsy;
4. The patient is unable to cooperate due to cognitive and communication barriers;
5. Take photos one week before the test? Drugs that affect the balance function;
6. Complicated diseases that seriously affect the feeling and movement of lower limbs, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar disc herniation, lower limb trauma, serious skin damage, fracture and peripheral neuropathy.
