研究目的：

探索两种不同的麻醉方法对老年髋部患者术后睡眠和肠道菌群的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of two different anesthesia methods on postoperative sleep and intestinal flora in elderly hip patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者拒绝；
2. 术前匹兹堡评分>6分；
3. 合并晚期肿瘤；
4. 围术期应用不同种抗生素；
5. 严重心肺功能异常：包括急性心肌梗塞，不稳定心绞痛，脑梗急性期，严重的心律失常（如二度II型及以上传导阻滞），严重的充血性心力衰竭，射血分数小于45%，呼吸道急性期炎性病变的患者；
6. 凝血功能异常，长期口服抗凝药物；
7. 术前3个月服用阿片类、镇静催眠类药物、抗生素、益生菌等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient refusal;
2. Preoperative Pittsburgh score >6;
3. Combination of advanced tumors;
4. Perioperative antibiotics of different species;
5. Severe cardiopulmonary abnormalities: including acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, acute phase of cerebral infarction, severe arrhythmias (e.g., second-degree type II or greater conduction block), severe congestive heart failure, ejection fraction <45%, and patients with acute phase inflammatory lesions of the respiratory tract;
6. Abnormal coagulation function and long-term oral anticoagulants;
7. Opioids, sedative-hypnotic drugs, probiotics, etc. for 3 months prior to surgery.
