研究目的：

1. 了解青少年NSSI患者家庭照护者参与家庭互助支持的态度、行为意向及需求； 2. 构建青少年NSSI患者医院社区一体化家庭互助支持模式； 3. 验证该模式对改善患方健康结局、家庭功能及医患关系的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the attitudes, behavioral intentions and needs of family caregivers of adolescent NSSI patients participating in family mutual support; 2. To build a hospital-community integrated family mutual support model for adolescent NSSI patients; 3. To verify the effect of this model on improving patients' health outcomes, family function and doctor-patient relationship.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者共患其他精神障碍者；
2. 家庭照顾者有诊断明确的精神障碍或物质（药物）依赖者；
3. 家庭照顾者对患者存在伤害、虐待、歧视等行为；
4. 研究期间参与其他研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other mental disorders;
2. The family caregiver has a clearly diagnosed mental disorder or substance (drug) dependence;
3. Family caregivers have harmed, abused and discriminated against patients;
4. Participants in other research projects during the study period.
