研究目的:

1.通过对新生儿时期以及后续追踪采集的多模态脑反应特征数据进行分析,将诊断时间窗前移,准确地在生后早期即预测语言发展障碍和孤独症谱系的发病。 2.采用机器学习和计算机建模等技术,从新生儿期开始,揭示语言发展障碍和孤独症谱系的发病相关因素,建立风险评估系统。  

Objectives of Study:

1.By analyzing the neonatal multimodal brain network response characteristics data and subsequent follow-up, move forward the diagnosis time window, and make it possible to predict the onset of language development disorders and autism spectrum accurately in the early postnatal period. 2.Using machine learning and computer modeling and other technologies, reveal the factors related to the incidence of language development disorders and autism spectrum from the neonatal period, and establish a risk assessment system.

排除标准:

第一部分:
1)病例组及对照组1:
a 因各种原因存活时间<3岁;b 社会因素放弃治疗;c 入组前48小时内应用镇静药物影响检测结果;d 听力筛查未通过;e 随访至3岁时有患病倾向但不能明确除外或确诊语言发育障碍或孤独症谱系疾病的患儿。
2)对照组2:
a 因各种原因存活时间<3岁或者成长中出现新生儿期未发病的神经系统相关疾病;b 社会因素放弃治疗;c 入组前48小时内应用镇静药物影响检测结果;d 听力筛查未通过;e 随访至3岁时有患病倾向但不能除外或明确语言发育障碍或孤独症谱系疾病的患儿。
第二部分:
1 因各种原因存活<3岁;2 社会因素放弃治疗;3 入组前48小时内应用镇静药物影响检测结果;4 听力筛查未通过。

Exclusion criteria:

PART 1
1) Case group and control group 1:
1. Time to survive for all causes< 3 years; 2. social factors abandon treatment; 3. Application of sedative drugs within 48 hours before enrollment affects test results; 4. Hearing screening failed; 5. Children with predisposition to disease up to 3 years of age who cannot definitively exclude or diagnose language developmental disorders or autism spectrum disorders.
2) Control group 2:
1. Survival time < 3 years of age for various reasons, or growing neurologically-related diseases with no onset in the neonatal period; 2. social factors abandon treatment; 3. Application of sedative drugs within 48 hours before enrollment affects test results; 4. Hearing screening failed; 5. Children with predisposition to disease up to 3 years of age who cannot exclude or identify disorders of language development or autism spectrum disorders.
PART 2
1 Died before < 3 years of age for any reason; 2 Discontinuation of treatment for social factors; 3 Application of sedative drugs may affect test results within 48 hours before enrollment ; 4 Failed the hearing screening.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

每一个阶段的数据采集完成后,将由北京大学第一医院儿科专职研究团队进行分类和保存,同时复制备份给参与本课题的另两家工作单位,四川师范大学和宁波大学,分别专门建立数据库系统予以管理保存。在本课题完成前,任何数据将不对外开放。在本课题结项后,所发表成果涉及到的数据,在得到本课题负责人的同意后可开放做学术研究与临床研究之用途。所有数据都将加密管理,用以屏蔽受试者的个人信息及家庭信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

After the data collection at each stage is completed, it will be classified and saved by the full-time research team of Peking University First Hospital, and copied and backed up to the other two working units involved in this project, Sichuan Normal University and Ningbo University, respectively, to establish a database system for management and preservation. Any data will not be available until this project is completed. After the completion of this project, the data involved in the published results can be opened for academic research and clinical research after obtaining the consent of the person in charge of this project. All data will be encrypted to shield the subjects' personal information and family information.
