研究目的：

1. 构建自主神经功能活动监测系统、并开发基于脑电、心电等信号反馈的迷走神经刺激机制； 2. 探索经皮耳迷走神经刺激对心衰合并失眠者外周自主神经功能的影响及机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Build an autonomic nervous function activity monitoring system, and develop a vagus nerve stimulation mechanism based on EEG, ECG and other signal feedback; 2. To explore the effect and mechanism of percutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation on peripheral autonomic nerve function in patients with heart failure and insomnia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 急性心衰；
2. 慢性心衰伴急性血流动力学紊乱或急性失代偿患者；
3. 诊断为抑郁及其他精神疾病的患者；
4. 排除其他睡眠相关疾病(OSA等)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute heart failure;
2. Patients with chronic heart failure accompanied by acute hemodynamic disorder or acute decompensation;
3. Patients diagnosed with depression and other mental diseases;
4. Exclude other sleep-related diseases (OSA, etc.).
