研究目的：

本项目采用人群队列研究，通过多次随访观察全孕期母体外暴露及内环境的状况对孕妇不良妊娠、新生儿不良出生结局及婴幼儿不良发育结局的关联性，探讨孕产妇和新生儿疾病的近期和远期病因，为中国制定有效的母婴健康措施提供证据。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a cohort study was conducted to observe the correlation between maternal external exposure and internal environment during the whole pregnancy on adverse pregnancy in pregnant women, adverse birth outcomes in newborns and adverse developmental outcomes in infants through multiple follow-up visits, and to explore the short-term and long-term causes of maternal and neonatal diseases, so as to provide evidence for the formulation of effective maternal and infant health measures in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇曾接受体外受精或宫内人工授精等不孕治疗； 2.存在严重慢性疾病或传染病（如恶性肿瘤、结核、HIV）； 3.调查中无法或拒绝回答问题； 4.无法确保在我院按时定期产检及分娩。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women have received infertility treatment such as in vitro fertilization, intra-uterine insemination or other assisted reproductive technology; 2. The presence of serious chronic diseases or infectious diseases (such as malignant tumors, tuberculosis, HIV); 3. Inability or refusal to answer questions during the survey; 4. It is impossible to ensure regular delivery and delivery in our hospital.
