创建适合痴呆患者的太极拳方案；评价太极拳运动对早期痴呆患者认知、精神情绪、意外事件（跌倒）和日常生活能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a Taiji exercise specialized for people with early dementia, and to valid its effect on their cognitive function, psychological and emotional state, accidents and activities of daily living.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：患有严重视听力障碍；心、肺、肾、肝等重要脏器功能不全和肿瘤等严重躯体疾病；肢体活动功能障碍者；因认知或其它任何原因不能配合检查和训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. serious disability in vision or hearing;
2. serious illnesses in important organs (including heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, et al) or tumors;
3. limitation in body or limbs movements;
4. disability in cooperation, including the processes of examination, assessment, or intervention because of cognitive disorders or other causes.
