研究目的：

研发面向牙列缺损可摘局部义齿修复的牙体精确预备导板装置及相关临床技术。利用计算机辅助设计和三维图形技术实现虚拟模型观测和基牙虚拟预备，并根据虚拟预备结果反向设计基牙预备导板，采用高精度三维金属打印加工制作导板实体，精确就位于口内基牙上，对高速车针进行刚性约束，从而实现精确的基牙预备，并进行临床应用和推广，最终完成专利许可转化。

Objectives of Study：

To develop an accurate tooth preparation template and related clinical techniques of removable partial dentures. Using computer-aided design and 3D graphics technology to realize digital cast surveying and abutment virtual preparation, and reverse design template according to virtual preparation. Template printed by high-precision selective laser melting printer can be accurately located on abutment teeth and rigid constrain the cutting tools, so as to realize accurate tooth preparation. Conducting clinical application and promotion, and eventually complete the transformation of patent license.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

选择合适的患者，随机平均分为A、B两组，A组患者采用本项目研发的基牙预备导板进行基牙牙体预备，B组患者由医生自由手操作完成基牙牙体预备，随后按临床常规方法制取印模，完成后续可摘局部义齿设计和制作,并进行临床效果评价。观察指标包括:1)患者对义齿的满意度调查(VAS评分)；2)医生对义齿的评价(VAS评分)；3)牙体预备形态三维偏差分析；4)义齿组织面适合性三维偏差分析

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All patients were randomly divided into A, B two groups equally. In group A, abutment teeth were prepared assisted by the template. In group B, abutment teeth were prepared by freehand. All tooth preparation was conducted by angle dentist. Then according to the conventional method from the clinical impression, completing follow-up removable partial denture (RPD) design and fabrication, and evaluating the clinical effect of RPD. The outcome measurement included:1) Patients' satisfaction with RPD (VAS score); 2) Doctors' assessment of RPD (VAS score); 3) Three-dimensional deviation analysis of tooth preparation 4) The internal adaptation of RPD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

间隙过大，单个缺牙间隙跨度大于3颗牙的牙列缺损；除后牙区末端基牙外存在孤立基牙；牙列缺损伴有颌骨和软组织缺损者；基牙松动超I度，牙槽骨吸收超过1/3；患有精神疾病或生活不能自理易将义齿误吞的患者；口腔黏膜病变经久不愈，严重龋病或牙周病未得到控制者。

Exclusion criteria：

Single edentulous space is more than 3 teeth. In addition to the distal abutment tooth at the end of dentition, there were isolated abutment tooth in the dentition. Jaw and/or soft tissue defect; Abutment loosening was over I degree, alveolar bone absorption was over 1/3.Patients with mental diseases or unable to take care of themselves so as to easily swallow RPD by mistake.Chronic oral mucosal lesions, serious caries or periodontal diseases have not been controlled.
