研究目的：

1. 观察采用患侧高频（5HZ）联合健侧低频（1HZ）重复经颅磁刺激（repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation，rTMS)的治疗方法对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的临床疗效评估，探讨rTMS治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍最佳治疗方式及频率，为脑卒中后吞咽障碍的精准化医疗提供理论依据，提高脑卒中患者的生活质量，使医疗资源实现最优化； 2. 通过对脑卒中患者rTMS治疗前后进行表面肌电图(surface electromyography，sEMG)及静息运动阈值(resting motor threshold,RMT)的检测分析，从神经电生理方面探讨rTMS治疗改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍可能的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the affected side high frequency (5HZ) combined with low frequency (1HZ) repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) treatment of clinical efficacy evaluation, discuss the rTMS after stroke swallowing dysfunction best treatment and frequency, provide theoretical basis for precise medical swallowing disorders after stroke, improve the quality of life of stroke patients, realize the optimization of medical resources; 2. Through the detection and analysis of surface electromyography (sEMG) and resting motion threshold (RMT) before and after rTMS treatment in stroke patients, the possible neural mechanism of rTMS treatment to improve swallowing disorder after stroke is explored from the aspect of neuroelectrophysiology.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 病情不稳定或其他严重躯体疾病；
2. 体内有金属异物或植入体内电子装置、颅骨缺损、孕妇或哺乳期患者；
3. 既往有癫痫发病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable or other serious physical diseases;
2. Metal foreign bodies or implanted electronic devices, skull defect, pregnant or lactating patients;
3. A previous history of epilepsy.
