研究目的:

通过建立睡眠质量很好和睡眠质量很差的队列研究,明确各睡眠的特征,阐明生物钟水平、基因水平与睡眠障碍发生发展的关系,为普遍人群的睡眠障碍发生发展及防控策略提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study:

Through the establishment of cohort studies with good sleep quality and poor sleep quality, the characteristics of each sleep are clarified, and the relationship between the circadian clock level, gene level and the development of sleep disorders is elucidated, which provides new ideas for the occurrence and development of sleep disorders and prevention and control strategies for the general population.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.恶性肿瘤患者,心、脑、肝、肾以及造血系统等严重疾病者;
2.前3个月内因任何原因连续使用安眠药超过10天;
3.夜班工作者;
4.妊娠或哺乳期的女性;
5. OSA(阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停)确诊者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with malignant tumors, serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
2. Use sleeping pills continuously for more than 10 days for any reason within the first 3 months;
3. Night shift workers;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) diagnosed.
