研究目的：

本实验的目的是探讨肺保护策略在机器人辅助腹腔镜妇科肿瘤中产生的影响，评估是否可以减少术中肺损伤的发生，达到围术期脏器保护策略，为临床工作提供更好的麻醉管理。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this experiment was to explore the impact of lung protection strategies on robotic-assisted laparoscopic gynecological tumors, to assess whether the occurrence of intraoperative lung injury could be reduced, and perioperative organ protection strategies could be achieved to provide better anesthesia management for clinical work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前合并明显肺部疾病如COPD 3级肺部感染等；
2.既往有肺部手术史；
3.呼吸空气SpO2＜95%；
4.无法配合肺功能检查；
5.术毕转入ICU；
6.严重心功能不全、肝肾功能不全患者；
7.患者拒绝参与该临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with obvious lung diseases before operation, such as COPD grade 3 lung infection;
2. Previous history of lung surgery;
3. Breathing air SpO2 ＜ 95%;
4. Unable to cooperate with lung function test;
5. Transfer to ICU after operation;
6. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency;
7. The patient refused to participate in the clinical trial.
