研究目的：

本研究拟设计一项多中心、前瞻性临床与基础结合研究不同剂量乌司他丁对脓毒症所致ARDS肺血管通透性临床疗效及量效关系的研究。有助于探讨乌司他丁对脓毒症ARDS肺血管通透性的研究提供临床及基础的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Aim to determin the relationship of different doses of ulinastatin for treating ARDS pulmonary vascular permeability caused by sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

从健康成年男性新鲜尿液中分离纯化出来的一种糖蛋白，由143个氨基酸组成，相对分子质量约67000，属蛋白酶抑制剂。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Purification from the healthy adult male fresh urine of a kind of glycoprotein, is composed of 143 amino acids, relative molecular mass of about 67000, is a protease inhibitor. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 孕妇，哺乳期和可能妊娠的妇女
（2） 患者影响生存的严重疾病（例如不能切除的肿瘤、血液病、脑血管疾病导致长期卧床、老年痴呆等）。
（3） 急性心肌梗死(<1周)
（4） 急性肾功能衰竭
（5） AECOPD
（6） 肺间质纤维化
（7） 明确的瓣膜性心脏病及心力衰竭
（8） 对本药过敏者
（9） 精神疾病患者
（10） 医师认为不适宜作为本研究对象的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant women, lactation and possible pregnancy women;
(2) influence the survival of the patients with severe illness (for example, unresectable tumors, blood disease, cerebrovascular disease, leading to long-term lie in bed, dementia, etc.);
(3) of acute myocardial infarction (< 1 week);
(4) with acute renal failure;
(5) AECOPD;
(6) from pulmonary fibrosis;
(7) clear of valvular heart disease and heart failure;
(8)This medicine allergy;
(9) in patients with mental illness;
(10) doctors think not suitable for patients as the research object.
