研究目的：

通过对比根据NICS+形态学和同期对照组仅根据形态学移植患者的临床结局差异，探索NICS技术在IVF/ICSI人群中的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical value of NICS technology in the IVF/ICSI population by comparing the difference in clinical outcomes of transplanted patients based on NICS+ morphology and the control group based on morphology only.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 染色体异常/单基因遗传病患者；
2. 可能影响着床的子宫病变（包括宫腔粘连史， 粘膜下肌瘤、＞4cm肌壁和子宫内膜间肌瘤、子宫腺肌病）；
3. 有输卵管积水且未行输卵管近端结扎者；
4. 子宫畸形；
5. 严重的内分泌疾病；
6. 其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究的任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities/single gene genetic diseases;
2. Uterine lesions that may affect implantation (including history of intrauterine adhesions, submucosal fibroids, muscle wall > 4 cm and interendometrial fibroids, adenomyosis);
3. Those with hydrosalpinx and no proximal tubal ligation;
4. Uterine malformation;
5. Severe endocrine diseases;
6. Any situation that other researchers think is not suitable for participating in this study.
