研究目的：

初步探讨八段锦运动对CKD3-5期患者心肺功能的影响，为进一步的大型临床研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effect of Baduanjin exercise on cardiopulmonary function in patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease (CKD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.当患者出现以下情况需紧急处理者，予以排除：HGB＜70g/L；或二氧化碳结合力＜13mmol/L；或血钾＞5.5mmol/L。
2.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
3.合并有活动期恶性肿瘤，肝硬化失代偿期、消化道出血、造血系统严重原发性疾病者；合并严重心肺疾病者，如急性心肌梗塞、不稳定性心绞痛、急性肺动脉栓塞或肺梗塞等；严重高血压（收缩压≥200mmHg，舒张压≥120mmHg）并且血压难以控制者；严重下肢脉管炎、下肢深静脉血栓；伴有肌肉骨关节等运动系统病变不能或不宜运动者。
4.严重精神及认知障碍患者。
5.正在参加其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. If the following conditions need emergency treatment, the patient shall be excluded: HGB < 70g/L; Or carbon dioxide binding force < 13mmol/L; Or blood potassium > 5.5mmol/L.
2. Pregnant or lactating women.
3. Complicated with active malignant tumor, decompensated liver cirrhosis, gastrointestinal bleeding, hematopoietic system serious primary diseases; Patients with serious heart and lung diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction; Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure ≥200mmHg, diastolic blood pressure ≥120mmHg) and difficult to control blood pressure; Severe vasculitis of lower extremities, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities; Patients with muscle, bone, joint and other motor system lesions who cannot or should not exercise.
4. Patients with severe mental and cognitive disorders.
5. Patients are participating in other researches.

采用简单随机分组法，研究者使用excel的RANDBETWEEN函数实现随机数据，将随机化后的结果作为患者入组的依据，记录所有操作过程并妥善保存。
