观察圆锥角膜患者角膜内皮细胞数量和形态变化，并探讨其与圆锥角膜分期的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To study the corneal endothelial count andmorphology in patients with keratoconus by specular microscopy and to correlate them to the stage of keratoconus

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往眼科手术、配戴隐形眼镜、广泛的角膜瘢痕、水肿、圆锥角膜以外的其它眼部疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Previous ocular surgery, contact lens wear, extensive corneal scarring, history of hydrops, or an obvious defect in the Descemet membrane other eye diseases except keratoconus
