探究脑深部电刺激（DBS）改善脑功能性疾病睡眠症状的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the related factors of deep brain stimulation (DBS) to improve sleep symptoms of functional brain diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在精神、认知、心理障碍，不能签署知情同意书；
2.存在影响临床评估的其它疾病，如下肢关节病变、脊柱病变、神经病变、严重心肺疾病；
3.存在颅内结构改变、脑血管病、其他神经疾病；
4.存在肿瘤、肝功能肾功能严重异常(指标超过正常值的三倍)等严重影响健康的疾病；
5.幽闭恐惧、体内有植入物，影响核磁扫描即定量脑电图检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental, cognitive and psychological disorders, unable to sign informed consent;
2. Other diseases that affect clinical evaluation, such as lower limb joint disease, spinal disease, neuropathy, and severe cardiopulmonary disease;
3. Intracranial structural changes, cerebrovascular diseases, and other neurological diseases;
4. Diseases that seriously affect health, such as tumors, serious abnormalities of liver and kidney function (indexes exceeding three times the normal value);
5. Claustrophobia and the presence of implants in the body affect the nuclear magnetic scan or quantitative EEG examination.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者为每个受试者建立独立的研究编号，用研究编号命名相应数据资料，并删除所有数据中的患者姓名、住院号信息。研究资料包括.mat格式的行为学数据 、.dcm格式的CT及磁共振数据、.mpx的脑电数据及.mp4格式的影像数据。

The researcher established an independent study number for each subject, named the corresponding data with the study number, and deleted the patient's name and hospitalization number in all data.
