研究目的：

1. 探索MDD患者和健康对照PBMC的变化，阐明MDD发生发展中的细胞分子机制，探寻潜在的诊断生物学标记物。 2. 探索MDD患者和健康对照肠道菌群的变化，深入研究肠道菌群丰度的变化和调控的作用，为MDD的临床诊疗策略寻求新的方向。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the changes of PBMC in MDD patients and healthy controls, clarify the cellular and molecular mechanisms of the occurrence and development of MDD, and explore potential diagnostic biological markers. 2. To explore the changes of intestinal flora in MDD patients and healthy controls, and to study the changes in intestinal flora abundance and its regulatory role, so as to seek new directions for clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies of MDD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 共病其他精神病、脑器质性疾病或内分泌疾病等；
2. 严重心、肝、肾功能异常者；
3. 妊娠期和哺乳妇女；
4. 酒精和药物依赖病史；
5. 有躁狂或轻躁狂发作史；
6. 近三个月内曾使用抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbidities with other mental disorders, organic brain disease and endocrine disease, etc.;
2. Had serious heart, liver and kidney abnormalities;
3. Pregnant and nursing women;
4. Had history of alcohol and drug dependence;
5. Had a history of manic or hypomanic episodes;
6. Antibiotics have been used in the last 3 months.
