1. 对新疆地区不同人群心血管代谢性疾病患者的临床特征进行横断面研究； 2. 通过随访观察，对不同人群的预后因素进行回归分析； 3. 构建不同人群心血管代谢性疾病的预后风险模型，为疾病治疗及管理提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Conduct a cross-sectional study on the clinical characteristics of patients with cardiovascular metabolic diseases in different populations in Xinjiang region; 2. Conduct regression analysis on prognostic factors of different populations through follow-up observation; 3. Construct prognostic risk models for cardiovascular metabolic diseases in different populations, providing reference basis for disease treatment and management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重的肝脏系统疾病、自身免疫系统疾病、严重的心脏 瓣膜病、炎性疾病、急慢性感染、恶性肿瘤、活动性出血的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious liver system diseases, autoimmune system diseases, serious heart valve diseases, inflammatory diseases, acute and chronic infections, malignant tumors and active bleeding.
