研究目的：

1. 明确中国广西地区静脉血栓栓塞症的致病基因与易感基因； 2. 筛选原发性静脉血栓形成的致病基因与易感基因； 3. 建立针对相应类型静脉血栓栓塞症的精准医疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify the pathogenic genes and susceptibility genes of venous thromboembolism in Guangxi, China; 2. Screening pathogenic genes and susceptibility genes of primary venous thrombosis; 3. To establish precise medical programs for corresponding types of venous thromboembolism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 抗磷脂综合征、肿瘤、活动性或既往恶性肿瘤(不包括皮肤癌)、入组前两周内感染或目前怀孕的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with antiphospholipid syndrome, tumor, active or previous malignant tumor (excluding skin cancer), infection within the first two weeks of enrollment, or current pregnancy.
