研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是确定全髋关节置换术或全膝关节置换术是否促进了患者重返工作岗位和工作能力是否得到改善，以及那些因关节疾病无法工作的人在关节置换术后是否恢复工作。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study was to determine whether total hip replacement or total knee replacement facilitated patients' return to work and improved ability to work, and whether those unable to work due to joint disease returned to work after joint replacement.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.接受双侧关节置换术的患者。 2.因关节残疾以外的原因而在关节置换术之前退休的患者。 3.因为急重创伤进行TJA的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing bilateral joint replacement. 2. Patients who retired prior to joint replacement for reasons other than joint disability. 3. Patients undergoing TJA due to acute and severe trauma.
