研究目的：

我们开展此项研究，通过分析母婴基因型及代谢情况，为早期诊断妊娠期糖尿病、改善妊娠期糖尿病治疗提供依据，并据此建立新生儿糖尿病易感基因资料库，为子代出生后的营养方式提供科学指导，从而降低子代日后2 型糖尿病的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

We carried out this study, by analyzing the genotype and metabolism of the mother and the baby, to provide a basis for early diagnosis of gestational diabetes and improvement of treatment for gestational diabetes, and based on this, a database of neonatal diabetes susceptibility genes was established to provide a basis for the development of newborns after birth. Nutritional approaches provide scientific guidance to reduce the incidence of type 2 diabetes in future offspring.

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women have been diagnosed with type 1, type 2 diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic diseases.
