研究目的:

研究局部肌肉振动仪(Segmental Muscle Vibration,SMV)对脑卒中伴膝过伸患者缓解疼痛、改善膝关节周围肌肉张力、增强膝关节周围肌肉力量、增强膝关节本体感觉、减轻膝过伸程度、提高下肢功能、改善平衡及步态、改善日常生活活动能力的疗效,为脑卒中后膝过伸的康复治疗提供新的方案。  

Objectives of Study:

To observe the effect on alleviating pain, improving muscle tension around the knee joint, enhancing muscle strength around the knee joint, enhancing the proprioception of the knee joint, reducing the degree of knee overextension, improving lower limb function, improving balance and gait, and improving the ability to perform daily living activities in patients after stroke with hyperextension of the knee by using segmental muscle vibration (SMV), so as to provide a new program for rehabilitation treatment of knee hyperextension after stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.患者依从性差,或严重认知功能障碍不能配合治疗者;
2.心、肺、肾等重要脏器严重功能不全;
3.既往存在膝关节功能障碍病史,如发病前即存在膝过伸、骨折等病史;
4.偏瘫侧股四头肌或小腿三头肌肌张力改良Ashworth分级>Ⅲ级。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with poor compliance or severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with treatment;
2. Patients with serious dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lungs, kidneys;
3. Patients with previous history of knee dysfunction, such as knee hyperextension and fracture before the onset of the disease;
4. Tone of quadriceps or triceps on hemiplegia lateral > III.
