研究目的：

1.主要目的：增加先天性白内障患儿监护人对疾病的认知，提高用药、戴镜遮盖、随访依从性，从而提高先天性白内障患儿术后疗效。 2.次要目的：缓解先天性白内障患儿监护人的压力、焦虑。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To increase the cognition of the guardians of children with congenital cataract to the disease, improve the medication, cover with glasses and follow-up compliance, so as to improve the postoperative efficacy of children with congenital cataract. 2. Secondary purpose: To relieve the pressure and anxiety of guardians of children with congenital cataract.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他眼部病变：如小眼球、小角膜、先天性虹膜异常、眼外伤等；不能按时回院完成随访及相关检查；
2.有严重的全身疾病病史：先天性心脏病、风湿免疫、肾病及消化系统疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with other eye lesions, such as small eyeball, small cornea, congenital iris abnormality, eye trauma, etc.; Unable to return to the hospital on time to complete follow-up and related examinations;
2. History of serious systemic diseases: congenital heart disease, rheumatic immunity, kidney disease and digestive system diseases.
