研究目的：

观察TMS对MECT后患者认知功能的影响，评价TMS能否改善MECT所致的认知功能损伤。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of TMS on the cognitive function of patients after MECT, and to evaluate whether TMS can improve the cognitive function damage caused by MECT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重躯体疾病（如严重心、脑、肝、肾功能不全等）；
2.有脑器质性疾病的受试者（如外伤，肿瘤等）；
3.有周围神经以及肌肉系统病变；
4.酒精滥用或精神活性物质滥用史；
5.视力及听力障碍受试者；
6.接受rTMS治疗的禁忌症，包括金属植入物或癫痫风险；
7.反复出现自杀想法，或任何一种自杀行为。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe physical diseases (such as severe heart, brain, liver, renal insufficiency, etc.);
2. Subjects with organic brain diseases (such as trauma, tumors, etc.);
3. Peripheral nerve and muscular system lesions;
4. History of alcohol abuse or psychoactive substance abuse;
5. Subjects with visual and hearing impairments;
6. Contraindications to rTMS treatment, including metal implants or risk of epilepsy;
7. Repeated suicidal thoughts, or any kind of suicidal behavior.

Random numbers are generated by SPSS and put into envelopes. The subjects randomly selected envelopes, and the odd numbers will be assigned to the control group, and the even numbers will be assigned to the rTMS group.
