研究目的：

将构建的糖尿病足患者的心身干预方案在糖尿病足患者中予以实施，评价糖尿病足患者心身干预方案的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The established psychosomatic intervention scheme for diabetic foot patients was implemented in diabetic foot patients to evaluate the effect of psychosomatic intervention scheme for diabetic foot patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有认知障碍，无法配合完成本研究；
2.明确诊断有精神类疾病（如抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂等）；
3.合并严重的病发症，如肾功能Ⅳ期及以上，心功能Ⅲ级或以上等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the completion of this study;
2. A clear diagnosis of mental diseases (such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc.);
3. Complicated with severe diseases, such as renal function stage Ⅳ or above, cardiac function grade Ⅲ or above, etc.
