本研究的主要目标是检验表达性写作是否能减少学生的考试焦虑和走神,提升学生的学习动机、学习效能感和学业表现。 本研究的次要目标是检验表达性写作是否能减少消极情绪和认知(即抑郁、考试焦虑外的焦虑和易激惹),提升睡眠质量和主观快乐。  

Objectives of Study:

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of guided narrative technique on reducing test anxiety and mind-wandering, enhancing academic motivation, academic efficacy, and academic performance. The secondary purpose is to examine the effectiveness of guided narrative technique on reducing negative emotion and cognition(i.e., depression, anxiety other than test anxiety and irritability), enhancing sleep quality and subjective happiness.

我们会根据被试所在班级的类型和学业层次进行分层随机抽样,各8个班级的被试会被随机分到实验组和对照组中。

Data is collected by self-report instruments. The time-points of data collection and description of measurements are elaborated in the measurement section in the protocol. All measurements used have good psychometric properties. See additional file in the protocol for data management plan.
