研究目的：

1.探索肺康复体能锻炼计划在基层医院实施的可行性，对比两种方案的治疗有效性。 2.通过指南推荐的COPD主客观评估手段动态观察对比康复锻炼对COPD稳定期患者生存质量等全身情况影响，提供确切有效的康复锻炼方案，为康复锻炼在社区医院的普及提供依据，将建立的肺康复方案在社区验证并推广。 3.提高基层医疗机构肺康复技术和规范治疗的水平，实现分级诊疗制度的对接。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the feasibility of pulmonary rehabilitation program in primary hospitals, and to compare the efficacy of two intervention; 2. To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation exercise on the quality of life of patients with stable COPD, and to provide a basis for the rehabilitation of rehabilitation exercise in community hospitals.To validate and promote pulmonary rehabilitation programs in communities; 3. To improve lung rehabilitation technology in primary medical institutions and standardize the level of treatment to achieve the level of diagnosis and treatment system docking.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①心功能NYHA分级Ⅳ级；②预计生命周期<6个月者(如肿瘤晚期患者或其他重症疾病晚期)；③近期有未控制的活动后心绞痛；④外周动脉病：间歇性跛行，步行显著受限；⑤骨关节病患者，步行距离<300 m；⑥认知障碍者；⑦无自主活动能力者；⑧安静状态下动脉血氧饱和度<88％或CO2分压>55 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiac function NYHA class IV;
2. Expected survival period <6 months (such as patients with advanced cancer or other advanced disease);
3. Recent uncontrolled angina;
4. Peripheral arterial disease: intermittent claudication, walking significantly;
5. patients with osteoarthropathy, walking distance <300 m;
6. cognitive impairment;
7. no spontaneous active;
8. Arterial oxygen saturation <88% or CO2 partial pressure> 55 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa).
