研究目的：

本研究通过观察近视少年配戴角膜塑形镜偏位者的波前像差、客观视觉质量、周边离焦情况，客观分析其防治效果及其相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the wavefront aberration, objective visual quality and peripheral defocus of myopic teenagers wearing orthokeratoid lenses were observed, and the prevention and treatment effect and related influencing factors were objectively analyzed.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者有潜在的、反复发作或进行性的角膜疾病、角膜异常（尤其是复发性角膜糜烂、严重的基质病变、圆锥角膜、透明性边缘性角膜变性）；
2.患者单眼或双眼角膜形态不规则；
3.患者正在服用一些可能会影响屈光度的系统性药物，如肾上腺皮质激素和抗代谢药；
4.患者免疫功能不全或有结缔组织病、显性遗传疾病或糖尿病；
5.患者既往有眼部手术史；
6.患者中央角膜曲率不规则；
7.患者对于研究中使用的药物过敏；
8.患者有青光眼病史或青光眼可疑；
9.患者在试验期间参加其他试验；
10.患者有疱疹性角膜炎病史；
11.患者使用局部或全身药物控制近视进展；
12. 患者患有眼球震颤或在手术期间不能长时间固视；
13.患者眼表情况不佳（如严重的干眼、睑缘炎、睑板腺功能障碍、过敏性结膜炎等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has underlying, recurrent or progressive corneal disease, corneal abnormalities (especially recurrent corneal erosion, severe stromal lesions, keratoconus, marginal hyaline corneal degeneration);
2. The patient has irregular corneal morphology in one or both eyes;
3. The patient is taking some systemic drugs that may affect diopter, such as adrenocorticosteroids and antimetabolites;
4. Patients with immune insufficiency or connective tissue disease, dominant genetic disease or diabetes;
5. The patient had a history of eye surgery;
6. The patient had irregular central corneal curvature;
7. Patients are allergic to the drugs used in the study;
8. The patient has a history of glaucoma or suspected glaucoma;
9. The patient participated in other trials during the trial;
10. The patient has a history of herpetic keratitis;
11. Patients use topical or systemic drugs to control myopia progression;
12. The patient suffers from nystagmus or cannot fixate for a long time during surgery;
13. The patient has poor ocular surface conditions (such as severe dry eyes, blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, allergic conjunctivitis, etc.).
