研究目的：

髋关节囊周围神经阻滞不仅可以有效缓解髋部骨折疼痛，而且不影响患者的运动。但是髋关节囊周围神经阻滞是对髋关节囊周神经末梢进行阻滞，故持续时间有限。地塞米松是安全的局麻药佐剂，可以延长阻滞的时间。可以为饱受疼痛困扰的老年患者提供术前镇痛参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Pericapsular Nerve Group (PENG) block is not only effective in relieving hip fracture pain but also does not affect the patient's movement. However, Pericapsular Nerve Group (PENG) block is a block of the pericapsular nerve endings of the hip capsule, therefore has a limited duration. Dexamethasone is a safe adjuvant to local anaesthetics and can prolong the duration of the block. It may provide a reference for preoperative analgesia in elderly patients suffering from pain.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重心肺脑合并症；
2. 肝肾功能不全；
3. 凝血功能异常等疾病；
4. 局麻药过敏；
5. 患者精神异常；
6. 患者本人或家属拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart, lung and brain complications;
2. Hepatic and renal insufficiency;
3. Abnormal coagulation function and other diseases;
4. Allergy to local anesthetics;
5. The patient is mentally abnormal;
6. The patient himself or his family members refuse.
