探讨基于加速康复模式下，观察新型围术期营养措施在髋膝关节置换术中临床效果  

Objectives of Study：

This study was to research the clinical effects of primary primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and total hip arthroplasty (THA) when enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) was used in perioperative management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术前低蛋白血症尚未纠正，缺乏沟通交流与合作能力；
（2）患膝既往重大手术史；
（3）伴有胃肠道病变，肝肾疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) preoperative low serum albumin is not correct, lack of communication and cooperation ability;
(2) a history of major surgery on the knee;
(3) with gastrointestinal diseases, liver and kidney disease
