研究目的：

明确免T管留置腹腔镜胆道探查术的四类多镜联合微创手术的临床可行性、安全性、有效性及术后并发症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the clinical feasibility, safety, efficacy and postoperative complication rate of four types of multi-scope combined minimally invasive surgery for laparoscopic biliary exploration without T-tube indwelling.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前检查检验提示或术中探查存在急性重症胆管炎，急性胰腺炎的患者；
2.胆道畸形，恶性狭窄，变异的患者；
3.术前存在严重心肺功能障碍或其他严重疾病，不能耐受手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute severe cholangitis and acute pancreatitis indicated by preoperative examination or intraoperative exploration;
2. Patients with biliary tract malformation, malignant stenosis, and variation;
3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other serious diseases before surgery who cannot tolerate surgery.
