研究目的：

本项目拟在具有一定牙周治疗基础的牙病防治所开展该技术推广，使更多牙周专科医生掌握该重要技术，让更多患者在基层医疗单位就能获得良好的治疗效果。在技术推广的同时，经过严谨的临床研究设计，在依托单位与协作单位游离龈移植术治疗膜龈异常时收集相关临床数据，统计分析两种游离龈移植术治疗前后天然牙与种植体周围组织健康状况，为以后优化治疗程序提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to popularize the free gingiva graft technique which could restore mucogingival disorder of teeth and implants at several institutes of preventive dentistry. By the popularization of this technique, more patients could be treated at subdistrict hospitals. Meanwhile, we would record and analyze the related clinical data and periodontal condition of patients' teeth or implants before and after the surgery,which could provide clinical evidence to improve the treatment procedure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a．有全身系统疾病史；
b．有吸烟、酗酒等不良生活习惯；
c．角化牙龈缺损区曾接受过牙周手术；
d．牙周炎症未完全控制者（BOP（+）率>20%，或平均GI>1，或平均PD>3mm，或平均PLI>1）；
e．拒绝参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have history of systemic disease;
2. Have smoking or drinking history;
3. The area with mucogingival disorder used to have periodontal surgery;
4. Patient with periodontal inflammation: BOP precent is >20%, average GI >1, average PD >3 mm, or average PLI > 1;
5. Patiens who refused to be involved.

每位患者就诊时，根据计算机产生的1-100内的随机数字，对应数字1-50的患者分到A组，对应数字51-100的患者分到B组，并接受相应治疗。患者的随机分组由不直接参与手术过程的研究员操作并记录。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A random number ranger from 1 to 100 would be assigned to each patient involed to this study. Group A consists of patients with number 1 to 50, group B consisits of patients with number 51 to 100. This procedure would be performed by researchers who do not participate in surgery.
