研究目的：

测量普通话重度至极重度听损患者对单独经过一种新型降噪算法处理和传统助听器降噪处理后嘈杂语音的言语识别阈值  

Objectives of Study：

To measure speech recognition thresholds (SRTs) of noisy speech, cleaned with a novel noise reduction algorithm and common noise reduction algorithms using hearing aids for Mandarin adults with severe to profound hearing loss.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有认知功能障碍（将通过蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表测试）；
2.不能清楚重复听到的话。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with cognitive problems (will be evaluated via Montreal Cognitive Assessment test);
2. People who can't finish the speech test, i.e. can't repeat clearly what s/he hears.
