研究目的：

本研究利用高通量测序技术对正常健康女性、子宫内膜增生症患者、子宫内膜癌患者的阴道菌群进行差异性分析，并结合临床资料及人口学特征探讨阴道菌群与子宫内膜增生症和子宫内膜癌之间的关系，为揭示子宫内膜癌的发生机制及发病危险因素提供实验室和临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, high-throughput sequencing technique was used to analyze the difference of vaginal flora in normal women, patients with endometrial hyperplasia and patients with endometrial carcinoma. Combined with clinical data and demographic characteristics to explore the relationships between vaginal flora and endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma.These will provide laboratory and clinical basis for revealing the pathogenesis and risk factors of endometrial carcinoma.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）2周内有阴道用药史或阴道灌洗史；
（2）2周内有口服或静脉滴注抗生素或 72h内有性生活史；
（3）曾接受术前放疗或化疗；
（4）处于妊娠或哺乳期；
（5）病情危重不宜行妇科检查.

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of vaginal medication or vaginal lavage within 2 weeks;
2. The oral or intravenous drip of antibiotics within 2 weeks or sexual life history within 72 hours;
3. History of preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy;
4. Pregnancy or lactation;
5. Critical condition is not suitable for gynecological examination.
