基于认知运动干扰模式理论,提出单双任务转换过程中可能出现“信息载荷突增”的假设,观察脑卒中患者在单双任务步行执行、转换中的生物力学特征参数,对比同年龄段正常人群数据。同步应用功能性近红外光谱技术(functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy, fNIRS),采集单双任务下的脑血氧信号,对比同年龄段正常人群数据,比较显著激活的脑功能区域,探究单双任务步行转换影响脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的神经肌肉动作控制机制。 |

Objectives of Study: |
We set the hypothesis of 'information loading significantly increase' during the single and dual task transfer process based on cognitive-motor interference model theory. To observe the characteristic biomechanical parameters during single and dual task gait execution and transfer of stroke patients and compare the data of normal adults in same age period. Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy will be used synchronized to capture the cerebral blood oxygen signal during single and dual task comparing with the data of normal adults in same age period about significantly activated brain functional area. To explore the neuromuscular motor control mechanism on lower extremities motor function of stroke patients impacted by single and dual task transfer in gait. |
