研究目的:

基于认知运动干扰模式理论,提出单双任务转换过程中可能出现“信息载荷突增”的假设,观察脑卒中患者在单双任务步行执行、转换中的生物力学特征参数,对比同年龄段正常人群数据。同步应用功能性近红外光谱技术(functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy, fNIRS),采集单双任务下的脑血氧信号,对比同年龄段正常人群数据,比较显著激活的脑功能区域,探究单双任务步行转换影响脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的神经肌肉动作控制机制。  

Objectives of Study:

We set the hypothesis of 'information loading significantly increase' during the single and dual task transfer process based on cognitive-motor interference model theory. To observe the characteristic biomechanical parameters during single and dual task gait execution and transfer of stroke patients and compare the data of normal adults in same age period. Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy will be used synchronized to capture the cerebral blood oxygen signal during single and dual task comparing with the data of normal adults in same age period about significantly activated brain functional area. To explore the neuromuscular motor control mechanism on lower extremities motor function of stroke patients impacted by single and dual task transfer in gait.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

脑卒中患者:
1.脑卒中原发病情波动进展;
2.存在严重的、未控制良好的重要脏器疾病,如冠心病、尿毒症等;
3.严重认知障碍,MMSE(Mini Mental State Exam, 简易精神状态评估量表)评分低于27分(文盲≤17分;小学≤20分;中学(包括中专)≤22;大学(包括大专)≤24分);
4.存在严重听觉、言语语言障碍(参见病史或医院相关证明),不能配合完成试验指令。
正常成年人群:
1.存在中枢神经系统疾病史;
2.存在与步行功能相关的外伤史、手术史;
3.近期有血压控制不稳、感染、炎症等影响步行试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

Stroke patients:
1.The primary disease of stroke fluctuates and progresses;
2.There are serious and uncontrolled important organ diseases, such as coronary heart disease, uremia and etc.;
3.Severe cognitive impairment, MMSE (Mini Mental State Exam) score less than 27 points (illiterate <= 17 points; primary school <= 20 points; middle school (including technical secondary school) <= 22; university (including junior college) <= 24 points);
4.There is a severe hearing, speech and language impairment (see medical history or hospital related Proof) that can not cooperate to complete the test order.
Normal adults:
1.There is a history of central nerve system disease;
2.There is a history of trauma and surgery related to walking function;
3.There is a recent history of unstable blood pressure control, infection, inflammation and etc. that affects the walking test.
