排除标准：

1.病情较重或不稳定者；
2.患有恶性肿瘤患者；
3.精神异常，依从性较低者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious or unstable illness;
2. Patients with malignant tumors;
3. Patients with mental abnormality and poor compliance.
