研究目的：

通过评价不同疗程大剂量阿莫西林联合伏诺拉生二联方案根除幽门螺旋杆菌的疗效及安全性，为临床选择合适的治疗疗程提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different courses of high-dose amoxicillin combined with vonoprazan for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori, and to provide guidance for clinical selection of appropriate treatment courses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）药品来源 已上市药物（伏诺拉生，阿莫西林） （2）试验分组：采用区组随机化方法产生随机数，按照随机数字法将受试者分至A组到B组。 A组：阿莫西林（每次1000mg，一天三次）+伏诺拉生(每次20mg，一天两次)10天。 B组：阿莫西林（每次1000mg，一天三次）+伏诺拉生(每次20mg，一天两次)14天。 给药方式：口服，阿莫西林和伏诺拉生均为饭后半小时口服。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) Source of drugs: marketed drug(vonolaxan, amoxicillin) (2) Random numbers were generated by block randomization method, and subjects were divided into group A to group B according to random number method. Group A: amoxicillin (1000mg, three times A day) + vonolasan (20mg, twice A day) for 10 days. Group B: amoxicillin (1000mg, three times a day) + vonolasan (20mg, twice a day) for 14 days. Method of administration: oral, amoxicillin and vonolasant were taken half an hour after meal. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心、肺、肾功能不全，免疫力低下者；
2.存在药物过敏禁忌证者；
3.存在精神疾病、沟通障碍者；
4.妊娠期、哺乳期者；
5.合并有消化道肿瘤、消化道出血等器质性病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1.With severe heart, lung, and kidney dysfunction and low immunity;
2.Patients with drug allergy contraindications;
3.Persons with mental illness or communication difficulties;
4.Pregnancy, lactation;
5.Patients with organic diseases such as gastrointestinal tumor and gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
