研究目的：

1.研究胸阻抗断层成像对术中肺通气监测的意义，探索降低肺部并发症的通气策略。 2.研究全麻机械通气对老年开腹手术患者心肺运动能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the significance of thoracic impedance tomography for intraoperative pulmonary ventilation monitoring and explore ventilation strategies to reduce pulmonary complications. 2. To study the effect of mechanical ventilation under general anesthesia on cardiopulmonary exercise ability of elderly patients undergoing open surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拟行腹腔镜手术，BMI＞35，正在参与另一项临床研究或患者拒绝参加。
2.严重的心肺疾病预计术后需长时间机械通气的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Proposed laparoscopic surgery, BMI > 35, participating in another clinical study or the patient refused to participate.
2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease who are expected to require prolonged mechanical ventilation after surgery.
