1.探索rTMS联合肌电驱动的NMES-机器人训练系统对脑卒中患者上肢功能的临床量表的康复效果。 2.采集TMS运动诱发电位、肌肉电阻抗和超声信号等信息,探究干预后的中枢大脑皮质兴奋性变化和外周肌肉形态特性变化的康复机制。 3.通过TMS产生运动诱发电位与外周测量的生物力学参数作相关性分析,探究中枢兴奋/抑制再平衡对于外周的作用影响机制。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. To explore the rehabilitation effect of rTMS combined with EMG-driven NMES robotic training system on the clinical scale of upper limb function in stroke patients. 2. Information such as TMS motor evoked potential, muscle electrical impedance and ultrasonic signals were collected to explore the rehabilitation mechanism of changes in central cerebral cortex excitability and peripheral muscle morphological characteristics after intervention. 3. The correlation analysis between motor evoked potential generated by TMS and peripheral biomechanical parameters was conducted to explore the influence mechanism of central excitation/inhibition rebalancing on peripheral effects. |

实验进行中参加人员分别执行统计、治疗干预、评估任务,各项工作相对独立。随机分组由独立于统计处理和干预的专门统计学人员进行随机分组工作,由统计学软件产生随机数,并编号封存在信封中。符合入组条件的患者入组时,实施治疗干预的人员按照编号顺序取得信封,根据信封中的随机分组进行康复干预。所有患者按照研究计划在各时间点进行各项评估,评估由独立的评估人员进行,最后汇总评估结果由统计人员进行统计分析。 |

We will record patients's infromation and experiment data acording to papers or saved as eclectrical files in computer. Each patient possesses a number which comes from the experiment date and the numbers arranged follow the chronological order. In addition, patients' name will not be recorded. |
